Adult CPR

  • Our initial Adult CPR class is 2 to 3 hours in length and consists of a “Watch & Practice”.
  • Video, instructor–led discussion, question and answer period, and hands on training on manikins. 

Adult CPR Renewal

For those who have taken Adult CPR within the last two years, we offer a 1- to 1-1/2 hour renewal class which consists of a “Watch & Practice” video and hands on training on manikins.

Adult ESL CPR Class

This class is designed to meet the needs of ESL (English as a second language) students. It is 2 to 3 hours in length and includes “Watch and Practice” visual media and hands on training on manikins.

Pediatric (Infant/Child) CPR


Our Pediatric class is 2 to 3 hours in length. This course includes information on injury prevention and safety. It consists of a “Watch & Practice” video, and hands on training on manikins.


We provide training in a 2 to 3 hour class on the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Topics covered include the relationship of CPR & the AED As well as the safe and effective use of the AED.

Health Care Provider Course

This class is designed for health care professionals and professional rescuers. This course is intended for those healthcare providers who need documentation of successful completion of a CPR course. 

Healthcare Provider course will cover life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, stroke and foreign body obstruction, Adult, Child, and Infant CPR with the use of barrier devices, bag-valve mask and Automate External Defibrillators (AED).

First Aid Courses

You will learn how to recognize and safely provide basic treatment for medical conditions including; stroke, seizures, allergic reactions, asthma, heat and cold related emergencies and shock. You will also learn how to recognize and treat burns, major bleeding, neck injuries, head injuries, broken bones, cuts and bruises, bites & stings and more.

CPR & First Aid

CPR and First Aid classes can be combined and attended in one full day or split up into two day sessions.

Blood-Borne Pathogen Classes

In this course you will learn how to reduce the chance of exposure to blood-borne pathogens in the workplace. You will also know what to do if you are exposed to blood-borne pathogens. This course can be taught as a stand alone class; or can be combined with any CPR and/or First Aid course.
